If you are having trouble getting support, information or services, Brook and FPA are here to help. Either we will be able to find alternative services for you, or our information services will be able to give you sexual health advice. Brook’s services are only for under 25s but FPA is available for people of all ages.

ASK BROOK

Ask Brook provides confidential sexual health information, support and signposting for all young people under 25 anywhere in the UK. You can call us or text us.

Ask Brook is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm for the text service, and 11am to 3pm for the telephone helpline.

FPA ENQUIRY SERVICE

FPA’s national enquiry service is currently closed due to lack of funding, however there is comprehensive information about sexual health available on our website.

FPA IN NORTHERN IRELAND

FPA has a dedicated helpline for people in Northern Ireland offering information and support. You can also call this number to make an appointment with the specialist unplanned pregnancy counselling service.
