Kaya Colak, M.D. (Founder, President, and Medical Director)
Dr. Colak is a Board Certified Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist serving in clinical practice since 1998. After graduating from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 1988, Dr. Colak attended Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan graduating in 1993. He served his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University from 1994 through 1998. He went on to complete a 1-year Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Tennessee—Memphis in 2000 and a 1-year Fellowship in Musculoskeletal, Body and Neurological MRI at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan in 2006.
Lee J. Phillips, M.D. (Diagnostic Radiologist)
Dr. Phillips attended Johns Hopkins University earning his Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences in 1981. He completed his medical training at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York in 1985 and served his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at State University of New York at Buffalo, New York from 1986 through 1990. Dr. Phillips has served as Staff Radiologist at Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital from 1990 to 1993. He then went on to complete a 1-year Fellowship in Cross Sectional Imaging at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York in 1994. Dr. Phillips worked at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, Florida from 1994 to 1995 and has worked at Radiology Express (formerly Palm Beach-Broward Medical Imaging Center) from 1995 to the present.
